1. Service Nature

Botkovai provides AI chatbot, WhatsApp automation, CRM, and related digital services. These services are subscription-based and delivered digitally.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Botkovai for:

  • Subscription plans

  • Setup charges

  • Custom development

  • WhatsApp API integration

  • Add-on services

are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

Because our services involve immediate access to software, infrastructure, and setup resources, refunds cannot be processed after activation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • After cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds or service credits may be considered only if:

  • There is a verified technical failure from our side

  • The service could not be delivered as promised

  • Duplicate payment was made

Such requests will be reviewed case-by-case.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact our support team within 3–5 working days with:
