Express Delivery is available only for selected cities and PIN codes. Availability will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before the daily cut-off time will be processed on the same business day, subject to product availability.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • All express orders are subject to verification and payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Depending on your location, Express Delivery orders are typically delivered within:

  • Same Day Delivery – Available for selected locations.
  • Next Day Delivery – Available for eligible cities and PIN codes.
  • 1–2 Business Days – For nearby serviceable areas.

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Express Delivery Charges

Additional charges may apply for Express Delivery. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Product Availability

Express Delivery is available only for products that are in stock and eligible for expedited shipping. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our customer support team will contact you with an alternative solution or process a refund if necessary.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to respond to delivery calls or messages, the order may be returned or cancelled. Applicable delivery charges may not be refundable.
